Houlihan Lokey, Inc. (NYSE:HLI), the global investment bank, announced today that Jane Ma has joined as a Managing Director in its Financial Services Group. Based in New York, Ms. Ma’s coverage area primarily focuses on alternative asset managers, while also dedicating time to the wealth management services and asset/wealth technology sectors.

Ms. Ma joins the firm after 16 years at Moelis & Company, where she most recently served as a Managing Director covering the asset management, wealth management, and asset and wealth management technology sectors. Throughout her career, she has advised a wide range of clients on complex strategic and financial matters across the financial services sector.
