Husband-and-wife entrepreneurs Sam and Nina Patel unveil redesigned CeCarré Pizza + Provisions as they position their Boston restaurant for future growth.
BOSTON, MA, UNITED STATES, November 5, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — CeCarré Pizza + Provisions, the globally inspired Roman-style pinsa concept founded by husband-and-wife entrepreneurs Sam and Nina Patel, will celebrate its grand re-launch on Monday, November 16, 2026, unveiling a transformed restaurant at Boston’s Prudential Center. The renovation doubles seating from 17 to 34, introduces an elevated European-inspired design, expands grab-and-go and retail provisions, and positions the location as a flagship for future growth.
The opening realizes the Patels’ original vision. In March 2026, after moving away from an existing franchise, they had just two weeks to establish an independent restaurant. While traveling abroad, Nina developed branding and Sam created recipes for a concept centered on Roman-style pinsa, house-made focaccia sandwiches and international flavors.
“When the opportunity presented itself to create CeCarré at the Prudential Center, we had an incredibly short amount of time to get the doors open, but we were determined,” said Nina Patel, Co-Owner of CeCarré Pizza + Provisions. “We were literally out of the country at the time. I was sketching branding ideas on the backs of cocktail napkins while Sam was developing recipes during our vacation. We knew exactly what we wanted CeCarré to become, but we had to build the concept in stages. This re-launch is our opportunity to finally bring that entire vision to life.”
A New Vision for Fast-Casual Dining
CeCarré’s 1,778-square-foot location now features rich burgundy tones, crown molding, chevron patterns, walnut finishes, brass accents and marble inspired by Parisian bistros. A floral installation by Floratorium frames the new permanent storefront signage, while bistro-style seating extends into the Prudential Center concourse. Inside, new millwork, furniture and lighting create a warmer atmosphere. The signature CeCarré Cloud Wall, a sculptural, stucco-inspired arch, offers guests a glimpse into the working kitchen.
“We want to change the perception of what quick-service dining can look and feel like,” said Nina Patel. “Great design and great food shouldn’t have to be reserved for special occasions. We want CeCarré to be somewhere you can stop for a quick lunch, meet a friend, bring your family or simply take a break from the day. The experience should feel elevated and beautiful, but always welcoming and approachable.”
Introducing the Complete Pizza + Provisions Experience
Custom retail shelving, refrigerated cases and grab-and-go displays make prepared foods and takeaway offerings more accessible. Updated digital menus, improved food presentation and a redesigned ordering area are intended to streamline ordering and improve the guest experience, while a planned pastry display will give visitors more reasons to stop throughout the day, whether dining in, grabbing lunch or taking something home.
Globally Inspired Pinsa and House-Made Focaccia
At the heart of CeCarré is Roman-style pinsa, known for its airy interior and delicately crisp exterior. Signature offerings include the CeCarré Classic with mozzarella, tomato sauce, pecorino, Parmigiano, basil and oregano; Dolce Piccante with pepperoni, sausage, ricotta and hot honey; and Casablanca Heat with harissa chicken, roasted red peppers, mint aioli and sumac.
CeCarré’s focaccia sandwiches feature thick, airy bread baked in-house daily. Options include the Mortadella Melt with fresh mozzarella and confit garlic mayo, and the Santorini Garden with crispy eggplant, roasted vegetables, feta and lemon-herb tzatziki. Future menu additions are expected to include salads, bowls, children’s offerings and more pastries. Also in development is CeCarré Cloud, a specialty beverage line envisioned by Sam Patel.
Building a Brand Beyond the Prudential Center
The redesigned Prudential Center restaurant serves as the intended flagship model for a multi-location brand. Through a cohesive design identity, broader menu and flexible service approach, the Patels aim to bring the concept to additional markets.
“CeCarré was always intended to be more than a pizza restaurant,” said Nina Patel. “We wanted to create a place with its own personality, where the food, design and experience all work together. What we’re unveiling in November is the foundation for what we believe CeCarré can become, both here in Boston and eventually in other communities.”
CeCarré Pizza + Provisions is located at 800 Boylston Street inside the Prudential Center in Boston’s Back Bay. For additional information, visit www.cecarre.com.
