LEHI, Utah, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Entrata®, a leading AI-enabled multifamily industry operating system, today announced Entrata Pro, a new elevated agentic platform tier across the Entrata OS, at its annual Entrata Summit. Entrata Pro introduces four new capabilities—ELI Console, Agent Studio, Analytics, and AI Admin—that give multifamily operators new ways to access and analyze data, deploy AI agents, and manage how AI is used across their organization.
Entrata Pro works across Entrata’s Operations Experience Platform (OXP) and Resident Experience Platform (RXP), connecting AI capabilities across the systems property teams use to manage their business and serve residents. It also serves as the foundation for Entrata’s AI capabilities across leasing, renewals, maintenance, and payments.
“AI is changing how multifamily teams work, but its value depends on how well it understands the business,” said Adam Edmunds, CEO of Entrata. “Entrata Pro brings together the data, processes, and knowledge our customers already have with AI agents that can help put that information into action. It’s an important next step toward Autonomous Property Management®, giving teams new ways to work more efficiently while maintaining visibility and control.”
One AI Experience Across the Entrata OS
Entrata Pro brings AI capabilities into one experience across the Entrata OS. Rather than requiring teams to search across dashboards or rely on knowledge held by individual team members, Entrata Pro can use a company’s data and established procedures to answer questions, surface information, and support teams across properties.
Entrata Pro also gives operators flexibility in the AI models they use. Work can run on Forge, Entrata’s model tuned for multifamily, as well as leading frontier and open-source models, with the appropriate model automatically matched to each job.
ELI Console: Bringing Information and Decisions Into One Place
ELI Console allows team members to ask questions in plain language and receive answers based on their company’s data. Answers cite their sources and are limited to information each user has permission to access.
ELI Console also provides a daily decision queue that surfaces items requiring human attention and connects them to the company’s established procedures. Users can review the information and take action directly from ELI Console rather than moving between separate dashboards.
AI Admin: Giving Operators Governance and Control
AI Admin gives operators centralized oversight of AI use across their organization. It maintains an audit trail of AI interactions, including the model used, answers provided, sources cited, and reasoning, with records that can be exported for audit purposes.
Operators can set policies for how AI is used, including requiring specific models for sensitive topics, establishing when responses should be escalated to a team member, requiring approvals, and granting time-bound exceptions. AI Admin also tracks AI costs by group and model and, for third-party operators, by property and owner.
Agent Studio: Building and Managing AI Agents
Agent Studio gives operators one place to build, deploy, and manage AI agents across their organization. Conversational and operational agents can be configured using a company’s standard operating procedures, voice, and tone and can be assigned work across both operations and the resident experience.
Operators can view agent activity and escalations and manage when work moves between AI agents and team members. Agent Studio can also identify questions that repeatedly arise across properties, helping teams determine where team members, agents, or both may need additional guidance.
Analytics: Finding What Needs Attention
Analytics brings structured and unstructured data together for team members and AI agents, while allowing operators to connect their own corporate data sources. It surfaces activity and trends that may require attention, with each finding linked to its source for review.
Findings are reviewed and confirmed by team members before action is taken. As teams provide feedback on which findings are useful, Analytics adapts to better identify the information most relevant to the business.
Advancing Autonomous Property Management®
Entrata Pro extends Entrata’s AI capabilities across leasing, renewals, maintenance, and payments. By connecting Entrata-built AI agents with the tools operators need to build, govern, and run AI for their own work, Entrata Pro advances the company’s vision for Autonomous Property Management®, using AI to automate and support work across properties while giving teams visibility into when and how AI is being used.
